Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of non-motor insurance products, considering market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements. 2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation, competitive positioning, and differentiation within the non-motor insurance segment. 3. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of non-motor insurance products, from concept development to launch to ongoing optimization. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies. 5. Risk Assessment: Assess and mitigate risks associated with non-motor insurance products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 6. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to. identify threats and opportunities for the non-motor insurance product portfolio. 7. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the performance of non-motor insurance products, analyzing results and implementing strategies for improvement. 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing non-motor insurance product development and management.
