Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sourcing Executive at Captain Fresh in Jamnagar. As a Sourcing Executive, you will be responsible for tasks such as procurement, contract negotiation, and recruiting. You will also utilize your analytical skills and strong communication abilities to optimize the seafood supply chain and ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Analytical. Skills and Communication proficiency Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement Knowledge of Recruiting processes Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the seafood or supply chain industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
