Job description Qualifications: MBA Marketing Fresher only Female Candidates Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative for Hardware and Network Solutions is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with potential customers to promote and sell our hardware and network products and services. This role requires in-depth knowledge of networking technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients in the hardware and network domain. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our hardware and network solutions, including routers, switches, servers, and networking software. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the target market. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to initiate contact with potential customers. Needs. Assessment: Consult with clients to understand their specific hardware and network requirements. Tailor product recommendations to meet client needs and business objectives. Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our hardware and network solutions. Proposal and Quotation: Prepare detailed proposals and quotations that outline the scope of hardware and network solutions, pricing, and terms. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and customized proposals. Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure sales deals. Close deals and process sales orders efficiently. Account Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide post-sale support and address customer inquiries and concerns. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue quotas. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. Proven inside sales experience in the hardware and network domain. In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, hardware components, and IT infrastructure. Strong technical acumen to effectively communicate complex solutions. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
