Job Description

Job Description: Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organizations operations division Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organizations goals and objectives Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials Ensures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and vision Establishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution Presents periodic performance reports and. metrics to the chief executive officer/Sr VP and other leadership. Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management. Team Management: Lead AVPs, Managers and Team Leaders and manage all Recruitment, compliance, back office service capabilities Define clear performance goals and objectives for the team Support and collaborate with direct reports, who are responsible for hiring, performance management and career development for their respective team/s Provide leadership and inspiration to direct reports and their teams Establish regular communications with direct reports through 1-1 meetings, team meetings with established agendas or other regular touch points. Client Relationships: Build and drive Strategic Account Plan to meet account and organizational goals Serve as subject matter expert to current and prospective clients throughout the sales process. Partner with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients. Showcase an extremely high level of understanding and becomes fully engrained in the client organization including relationships with key stakeholders Employ a clear understanding of the Master Service Agreement and the formal and/or informal agreements, including the Statement of Work Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews as needed in partnership with SMD/s and TL/s. Operational Excellence: Accountable for P&L management Manage the budget and ensures systems are in place to track expenses, oversee budgeting process with SMDs Drive standardization and consistency of processes and procedures Ensure our service is measured, including surveys, meetings and that needs of the account are clearly communicated. Participate, communicate and collaborate in company-wide initiatives. Manage team resources to ensure operational effectiveness. Additional duties as assigned. Required Skill set: Bachelors Degree a must Proven experience in US Recruitment including minimum 4 to 5 years in upper management required. Must have managed team size of min 80-100 people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the US Recruitment Operations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Location - Mumbai/Noida Shift timing - US Shift
