Account Representative is a professional who is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with clients. Account Representatives act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring that clients' needs are met and the company's goals are achieved. They are responsible for identifying potential clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Account Representatives must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills. A successful Account Representative will have a strong sales background and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Account Representative job description

We are looking for a dynamic Account Representative who will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will be expected to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Account Representative duties and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
• Attend conferences and events to network and generate leads
• Provide regular reports to management on account status and progress
