CallBA is a wholly owned subsidiary of British Airways based in India. At CallBA we handle voice and non-voice business for British Airways across USA, UK, Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, South East Asia and South West Pacific. We were established on 14th July 2006 and form one of the 4 large British Airways contact centres globally. We have grown from 125 employees to over 950 employees in the last 5 years, and were still expanding rapidly. This growth is a direct result of the outstanding performance delivered by the CallBA team 365 days a year. We have the largest single interaction with customers, and this is where we make a positive and lasting impression by going the extra mile for our customers. CallBA has three types of support which include Customer Service, Sales /After Sales and Trade Support. All roles include providing round the clock support to our customers, including specialist colleague support via the Global Staff Travel Team. after-sales At CallBA, the majority of our recruits consist of Customer Service Advisors, Trade Partner Advisors and Sales Advisors. If you join our team, you will be playing a key role in providing support to our customers queries, bookings and after sales services. Other support may include advising or liaising with trade partners, and promoting our fares and packages.
