WPP is a multinational media and advertising group, one of the world's largest advertising companies, operating in 112 countries, with over 3,000 offices worldwide.

WPP has embarked on a global business and finance transformation programme to standardise finance processes, to deploy finance shared service and implement a common ERP to replace multiple outdated financial systems. This involves working with the various agencies under the WPP Group. These initiatives have been deployed in Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, India and the implementation is in-flight for China. In the coming months, work will commence for the Middle East.
