Job Description
Roles Responsibilities :
The candidate required to
- understand the technical requirements for the implementation of a web application
- adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies
- translate designs wireframes into high quality code
- have good knowledge on LINUX, APACHE, MySQL and PHP
- knowledge on OOPs (Object Oriented Programming) concepts in PHP
- knowledge on HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS to create intuitive user interface
- knowledge on JSON based web service API integration
- have knowledge in UI design principles, patterns best practices
- create responsive website for multiple window screen sizes
- ensure best practices, guidelines standards for coding across the product development life cycle
- complex problem solving capabilities
- gather requirements for the design development of web applications from the business ideas
- continuously discover, learn evaluate new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- ensure the implementation of internal security best practices and standards
- maintain clean, optimized, and error-free well documented code with effective commenting
- maintain high standards of coding software quality within the team
- prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, development, operation and maintenance
- be a self- starter passionate for problem solving and technical challenges
- establish maintain a strong working relationship with the team
- communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels
- work effectively within collaborative team to identify and resolve issues nbsp;
- work closely with other developers, designers, team members, project managers business analyst from the different layers of the infrastructure
- lead, mentor monitor development teams, if required
- form excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- perform strong time management skills
- committed to the deadlines through follow up of tasks with team members
- identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- motivate staff in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment
