Job Description

The ServiceNow developer is responsible for design, development and configuration of various modules of ServiceNow platform like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, HR, Reporting, Customer Service Management and Service Portal. This position should be able to administer, develop and provide technical support for new or existing projects. Own and drive execution of all phases of SDLC project lifecycle Requirement gathering, analysis and creation of high level and low level designs
