Key Responsibilities:
Stay abreast with the latest regulatory developments that may affect the organizations business Ensure implementation and adherence to the compliance framework, circulars/guidelines issued by various regulatory bodies- RBI, SEBI & IRDA, etc.
Regularly evaluate current and future business activities related to compliance- policies, investments, partnerships, etc.
Develop and oversee the effective implementation of control systems to prevent violations against external guidelines and internal policies
Conduct internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with procedures and policies Arrange for stamp papers and notarization of various documents as per requirement
Responsible for vetting of policies, agreements, etc. related to compliance
Ensure all reporting requirements with regulatory authorities within the timelines prescribed.
Facilitate and Co-ordinate with all regulators and assist them with all audit purposes.
Update and escalate the teams with prospective compliance issues and ensuring resolution.
Well versed with RBI compliances.
