Job Description

To Draft and Vet of all types of agreements / deeds / contracts / applications related to the Real Estate Industry.
To take care of proper execution and registration of all requisite documents
To interact with the Management & Committee Members and provide Opinion on Law Points, reference to section of Relevant Acts, Case Laws to the Board.
To Collect and Circulate information on legal compliance and applicable laws on a regular basis to the management and monitor changes in the laws, Regulations and policies relating to Real Estate Sector.
To conduct the legal compliance audits as and when necessary
To review and remain updated with the new policies/ regulations/ taxation policies such as GST / housing loans etc. as formulated and implemented by authorities like RERA, governmental authorities, banks and finance institutions and other competent authorities related to the industry.
