JOB DESCRIPTION:-
1)Responsible for E911 (Survey & PSAP Testing), Fiber (Underground & Aerial) Installation, MPE Study, LTE Installation,
commissioning & Integration Projects for US Clients.
2)Responsible & Manage service level agreement (SLA), customer/client satisfaction, productivity, people
management & employee satisfaction.
3)Interact with Clients/Stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication to understand and analyses the business
requirements and also to identify appropriate solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
4)Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly business reviews with Clients, plan and Implement operational strategies to
ensure enhanced productivity and customer experience.
5)Ensuring KPI targets are met within the planned deadlines, cost & quality norms by ensuring optimum utilization of
available resources.
6)Standardize and Stabilize reporting processes across business through project planning, tracking deliverables, SOP
creation.
7)Instrumental in setting SMART goals and ensuring process improved of client KPIs.
8)Managing a team of front line agents, supervisors and Assistant Managers.
9)Active Involvement in initial/lateral Hiring.
