Position: Area Manager-Bancassurance
Experience: 8-12 years
Reporting To:Regional Sales Manager/ Regional Director
Job Location: Bagalkot , Bellary and Yadgir
Qualifications: Any Graduate / MBA Preferred
Role:
- Ensure achievement of top line budget as per business plan with available manpower
- Ensure channel business is managed in the most cost effective manner so as to contribute to the overall profit of the organization
- To ensure administrative and financial discipline
- Establish & upgrade channel management processes & procedures
- Developing and Guiding a Sales team for Consistent good performance
Critical competencies:
- Sound knowledge of IRDA regulations.
- Good team building and leadership skills
- Aggressive marketing abilities
- Very good Management Skills
