Job Description:
As Automation specialist you will be supporting customers and environment using the existing Automation techniques and methods related to problem management, productivity management and analytics.
Your main responsibility will be to decrease the load for reactive teams, create automation flows and to ensure the manual effort is being used to solve the incidents and requests.
You will be actively cooperating with delivery, engineering and account to evaluate and activate all enablers to help to keep all quality and productivity indicators on maximum level. Team is using agile/scrum principles.

Good understanding of Automation requirements, content development and lifecycle
Experience with scripting and development languages
Ability to consistently apply quality standards by following processes and content creation guidelines and reviewing the content
Information and Knowledge Sharing
Analytical thinking, Detail-Oriented, Innovative approach
Understanding of ITIL
Development skills:
oProgramming skills
oOperation orchestration
oHTML/XML
oQuery language (SQL/Oracle)
oScripting experiences e.g.:
Windows WMI, VBS, PowerShell
UX Shell, Perl
oJavaScript, Python
Good knowledge on Windows platform and/or UNIX platform and/or Backup/Storage technologies (Windows and Linux
Servers, Red Hat Family solutions, NetBackup)
Good understanding of Client/Server technology, networking systems and solutions and IT Security
