Job Description
Dear Candidate Urgent Opening For Quality Assurance FOR Formulation Plant In INDORE Pithampur Location .
Exp 8 to 15 year
Only indore location
QualityAssurance Officer.
Handling of QMS system like Change Control ,Deviation ,CAPA.
Co-ordination with Investigation team.
Conducting Self inspection in others department.
Responsible for updation of Site master file.
Documentation for all the departments (Review of Log Books,Worksheet,Protocols, Formats and its issuance).
Responsible for SOP Preparation and its issuance.
Responsible for Training conducting of QA Department .
Handling of CSOP, DCAD, GTP, In DMS system.
Responsible for handling DMS,Track wise system,SCM , Schedulemanager.
Responsible for monthly and yearly Report preparation.
Review of External party reports.
Responsible for Preparation of Quality Review.
Primary Responsibility:
Line Clearances in production and packing area and report non-compliance in term of Deviation, out of trend
To carry out sampling during process validation of different stages as per protocol.
Investigations of Market complaints.
Handling of Event Investigations
Preparation and review of QA / all department SOP.
Knowledge of Qualification, validation.
Knowledge of Trending of granulation, compression, coating parameters and its flow charts.
Knowledge of APR Preparation.
Secondary Responsibility:
To check, prepare & send bill of materials for bulk product to be transfer to other Location & Handling of Bulk sampling activity of Tablet/Capsule received From other Location.
Issuance of controlled copy of the document.
Trending of Events to derive conclusion based on trending.
Handling of BMIS activities with proper impact evaluation.
