Education Qualification: Engineer

Experience: 20 to 25 years in handling Manufacturing Operations

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Includes allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, and commercial activities (operation).

Overseeing daily business operations.
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue and optimize inventory
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing Cost and financial data.
Researching and implementing lasts manufacturing technology and methods
Generating reports and giving presentations.

GM Requirements:
Experience in manufacturing company (preferably composite (Pultrusion/ filament binding/ SMC).
A result oriented, self-driven who has motivation power to deliver, along with technical capabilities.
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
Exceptional budgeting and finance skills.
Highly organized with Strong work ethic.
Good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Proactive nature.
