Negotiating resolution deals with defaulting borrowers
Regular follow up on accounts allocated
Visit & trace delinquent clients/properties & movable assets
Achieve Collection targets&Ensure compliance
Adhere to the FDCP policy,high level of integrity

Required Candidate profile

Field collection experience
Prefer long term player
Strong negotiations skills
Ownership & Accountability
Exp in Multiple product collections (Secured & Unsecured).
Knowledge of MS office
