Job Description

Handling end to end lateral recruitment.

Accountable for hiring across all the locations.

On Boarding & Orientation.

Meeting the manpower requirement on time.

Rigorous follow up with interviewers on closure of interviews.

Building pipeline for offered candidates.

Constant follow up with candidates to avoid drop outs.

Age between 22 28 years.

Pleasing personality with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Experience in IT recruitment and leadership hiring shall be preferred.

MBA HR freshers may also apply.

Must be open to 6 days working and 10 to 7 shift timings.
