Job Description
1. Product Marketing :
- Improve AIS product brand and awareness among the customers in the market with primary focus on vaue added products.
- Identification of new products / markets / segments and successfully implementing initiatives to reaching out to customers and markets.
- Analyzing the data and information state wise / area wise and taking counter active measures.
2.Product Development
- Conducting market study to understand gaps in product and create pipeline of new products for development
- Preparing marketing promotion plan for making the product acceptable in the market.
- Apportioning targets to zones and making the product acceptable in the market.
3.Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare forecasted sales plan for new and existing products
4.BTL/Promotions
- Plan for BTL & sales promotion activities and other activities .This activity is done along with BTL manager. Formualting schemes for dealers and retailers where applicable & not happening.
- Prepare SOP for meets and help team in conducting meets
5.Avalon initiatives
- Coordinating with Avalon for Dealer management initiatives and leveraging untapped potential
6.Marketing strategies and surveys
- Prepare and present marketing strategies (like GTM,PLC,Conflict Management, brand building etc)to seniors based on market study for strategic initiatives
- Conducting surveys(internal & external), analyzing & identifying potential market for product ,VAP & services
6. MIS
- Prepare presentations on regualr intervals for review of performance and sharing market information and trend. CDO's movement, conducting SNOP meetings
