Job Description
We are looking for qualified Managers / Executives in US IT Sales and Business Development with Good Communication Skills and Understanding of US IT Market to work in our multiple branches located at Kakinada, Guntur, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore.
This is an opportunity for someone having the hunger to succeed and work with a revolutionary IT Consulting firm.
Qualified and eligible resources may be Provided with Work from Home facility, subject to availability and meeting the conditions.
Positions:
- Managers (Exp 4Y+) - US IT Sales / Business Development
- Executives (Exp 2Y+) - US IT Sales / Business Development
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Sales & Business Development
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes / Techniques W2/ 1099/Corp-to-Corp.
- Strong in Active and Passive searches of Client Prospects / Requirements.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and Various Job portals.
- Good understanding about IT technologies and terminologies.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into interview and placement. Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements mapping the relevant targets.
- Maintain contractor relationships to foster future business and identify new opportunities through existing clients.
- Must have successful Track record and willing to give long term commitment.
- Must be Dynamic in Nature and Results oriented with exceptional hunter role & a go getter. Self-starter, who is target-driven and motivated.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility.
- Should have excellent selling, negotiation, telephone etiquette's, oral and written communication skills in English.
- BE/BTech/MCA / MBA or any Master / Bachelors Degree with Computers with 2+ Years of Relevant experience.
- Resources with less experience and education can also apply for Junior Positions.
- USA Timings EST / PST (will be flexible for the Qualified Resources).
