Role Title: Area Lead
No of Position : 7
Location: Satara/Buldana/Nashik/Aurangabad/Nagpur/Kolhapur/Solapur
Role Objective:
The Area Lead is responsible for Optical fibre project execution with respect to time, cost & quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely rollout of the execution initiatives within the area assigned.
- Own the deployment with regards to cost, quality, timelines and resources.
- Liaison with peers and circle leadership team for timely resolution of issues and escalations.
- Work closely with contractors, vendors and ensure all project work is being done as per the approved standards without compromising on the cost and quality.
- Ensure that the circle teams are fully informed about the progress, work and feedback on the work being done by the contractors.
- Review the performance of projects, operations and other reporting functions on a regular basis.
- Responsible for profitable and smooth running of all operations of the area assigned and ensuring all the required permissions, material, manpower and support is available.
Education and Experience:
- 7+ years experience in leading Network rollout projects & OFC
- Exposure with a technology focused organization
- Bachelors degree / MCA in Computer Science
- Good communication skills.
- Strong co-ordination & multi-tasking skills.
- Resolving conflicts.
- Vendor/People Management.
- Strong Interpersonal and team building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Network rollout, OFC project execution.
- Should have good knowledge of contract labour and Statutory acts.
