Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localites, open to frontline sales

Job descriptionfor agency channel in life insurance:-

Recruiting a teamof financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.

Monitoring && following process for driving sales through your
advisors.
Doing Performance Review of your Advisors

Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management &&
monitoring capabilities. Chances forgetting 3 promotions with in a year.
