Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead a of Quality team Engineers
Lead/coordinate multiple projects in a fast paces and dynamic environment
Analyze, design, develop, and maintain test cases, test approaches, test plans, and test environment
Resolve issues and challenges associated with project
Define and track quality assurance metrics, defect densities, testing defects and resolutions
Ensure that new and existing product functionality is reliable as intended for the business
Address automation needs and performance testing strategies based on requirements
Provide leadership and clear objectives to team members

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fields
Minimum of 5 years in testing or other software development experience
Experience with software development lifecycle
Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset
Knowledge of manual and automated testing and tools
Knowledge of SQL
Experience/understanding of Agile methodology and continuous integration
Ability to establish successful working relationships with a diverse set of personalities
Ability to work under tight schedule with high stress tolerance
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities
Perform other duties as assigned

CTC - 30% Hike on the current salary (25 to 30LPA)

Job Location: Bangalore (will be working from home till Dec End as of now due to Covid situation)
