Job Description

Candidate should be from NCR & willing to relocate at Dewas Plant Madhya Pradesh

• Perform Legal Research specific to the case currently being worked.
  
• Provide Administrative Support to the legal team.
  
• Write Legal Reports and concise reports so that all involved parties can understand them.
  
• Organize and Track Case Documentation
  
• Maintain Legal Databases with follow-up of filings status and steps and steps taken for pending cases in various courts.
  
• Represent and follow-up of the cases in Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, and High courts etc.
  
• Represent and follow-up of cases in labor Courts and Labour office and Industrial Tribunals.
  
• Managing and reviewing all corporate and legal documents to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  
• Follow-up Matter with Solicitors /Counsels.
  
• Compliance of various Licenses and registrations related to Factory.
  
• Assistance in matters related to Human Resource Management.
  
• Assistance in matters related to PF, Gratuity, ESI, Claim settlements with Insurance Companies.
  
• Liasioning with various Govt. Departments.
