• External ISO (9001-2015) Audit data preparation and completion.
  
• Pre Dispatch inspection of Rock Shaft.
  
• Pre-Dispatch inspection of spare parts.
  
• Assembly in-process audit of Rock shaft.
  
• Customer complaint tracking & Deployment of action plan.
  
• In-process audit findings data compilation /analysis & Loop closure.
  
• Updating of shop floor display boards.
  
• Validation of Torque wrench.
  
• Endoscope testing of control valve parts.
  
• Analysis of R/S Assembly Quality problem & deployment of corrective action
  
• timely Oil contamination test, Millipore test & Strip down test
