Gandidate must be graduate:
Telemarketing / Telesales (Voice)
English + (Regional Language Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi / Marathi / Tamil / Telegu / Bengali)
Make about 250 outbound calls per day to potential customers
Share information about our products and services by following sales scripts
Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Strategic approach to retention & customer service
Sell / Upsell products and place customer orders/requests in the system
Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process
Follow up with customer calls for collections where necessary
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
Identify problem statement & escalate issues to the Manager as appropriate
Document call information according to standard operating procedures
Record calls through a computerized system
Perform customized targeted sales strategies
Meet required targets for assigned leads / Database, active and inactive calls
Manage Leads and Maintain a Healthy Conversion Rate

Good Communication Skills (English + Regional language)
Basic Computer Knowledge required
Need candidates who are jovial, mature, result oriented and cares deeply for customers
Should have ability to negotiate & convince
Graduates with minimum 1 years of Telesales / Telemarketing experience
No BE/CA/MBA/Doctors/B.Sc IT
