Responsibilities
Market analysis through trade-contacts & research thereby understanding the potential of each category of spice
Identifying key markets to launch products and develop strategies to launch the products in the most effective manner
Attending exhibitions and expos to showcase the products
Understand market competition
Evaluate store and individual performances and achievement of sales target
Prepare short-term and medium-term top line, bottom line and volume targets for the business and action plan to achieve the same.
Establish relationships with major modern trade and institutional buyers
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Effectively develop and co-ordinate tea supply chain for smooth movement of goods
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Remotely supervise a team of sales people
