Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: (2 Positions in Chennai)

Concept design and shop drawing preparation using the Building Information Modelling software.

Clash detection & rectification with MEP services & structural.

Co-ordinating with other disciplines like Civil, Instrumentation, Structural, Electrical, etc. both in India and abroad.

Sound knowledge of HVAC, Piping, Plumbing and fire Protection systems for the buildings.

Revit family creation and modification as per requirement.

Should have strong 3D visualization and 2D drafting capabilities generally adopted in Commercial, Residential and Mixed - use complex etc.

Should be well versed with Revit MEP 3D modelling.

Experience of 5 + years BIM modelling technology and 3D modelling technology with equivalent working knowledge.
