Job Description
Hi,
We are hiring for Asst. Manager Purchase
Experience: Min. 3-5 Yrs of exp.
Gender : Male
Qualification : Should be a graduate
Location : New Delhi
Working hours : 10 AM to 6.30 PM (should be a little flexible)
Salary (CTC) : 3.00-3.60 Lacs
Note: Open to travel and open for the flexible timings as well.
Job Description:
Must have experience in interior company and should know how to read
the Auto-CAD drawings.
1. Able to read Auto-CAD drawings.
2. Responsible for order placement timing, supply/demand alignment, material
replenishment and supplier performance.
3. Reviewing and finalizing orders and generate purchase order.
4. Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
5. Sourcing the most affordable materials for the companys manufacturing process.
6. Monitoring stock levels.
7. Monitoring of material delivery to ensure they are in timely manner.
8. Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.
9. Sourcing alternative items and suppliers for production.
10. Resolving disputes and claims with the vendors and suppliers.
Key Competencies and skills required for the position
Should be a team player.
Good co-ordination abilities, within the staff of all levels and external personal.
Excellent skills in MS office i.e. MS excel, MS word.
Proficient accounting manages skills to petty accounts.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Interpersonal Skills.
Result oriented.
Note: Candidate willing to join within 15 days are preferable.
