Inviting applications for Branch Manager role for Life Insurance sales role.
Designation: Branch Manager - Virtual Branch Office (Work from Home)
Salary 6.00 Lacs to 8.5 Lacs Fixed CTC + Incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- A Work from home role where you will generate sales from your team by selling life insurance and creating a customer market base using digital platforms such as Facebook pages, webinars, WhatsApp and Google.
- To recruit 12 15 digital insurance sales managers (Digital Recruitment Development Managers-DRDMs) who can form their own set of insurance agents/advisors to sell life insurance products. You can hire them from your own network or contacts.
- Conduct digital team meetings daily.
- Clearly explains and lays down days activities and tasks to be carried out by each team member (DRDMs).
- Monitor activity completion by DRDMs and provide support.
- To carry out Digital Joint Call with prospective customers with your DRDMs.
- BM to equip the field team (DRDMs) with more support items for end to end digital fulfilment like webinars, personalised Facebook page for expanding network, personalised WhatsApp nudges to provide real time information.
- Conduct evening digital team meetings daily.
- Training and development of your DRDMs digitally (Video Calling)
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per goal sheet given.
- Should have strong market network and contacts for business development.
Criteria Required:
- Age Limit 30 to 45 years.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence people.
- Tech savvy
- Graduate MBA Preferred.
- Team handling experience in Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- Laptop and smart phone with active internet connection.
- Deputy Managers/AMs from Banks, Life Insurance Co, Insurance Brokers may apply.
