Role-Social Media Ad Campaign Specialist (Part Time) | CTC Slab-Based on Part Time Work | Base Location-New Delhi

Agenda We are seeking a self-motivated individual with significant experience on Social Platforms with respect to paid advertisement and conversions for running successful social media ad campaigns as a Part-Timer for running ad campaigns for upcoming events/webinars/online classes/recorded courses.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive successful social media ad campaigns (Domestic/International) for upcoming events/webinars/online classes/recorded course to effectively amplify the online participations
- Should be able to abide by the campaign ROI (Allocated Budget Vs Sales Achieved)
- Shall be executing the ad campaigns for the Beauty Industry
- Should be able to run and execute multiple ads for the selected campaign
- Would be running multiple A/B testing for running the ad campaigns
- Would be working 4-6 hours a day as a part-time duty
- Multiple optimizations of a campaign in a day
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with, a concentration in social media marketing is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling social media ad campaigns
- Experience of handling Cosmetics Brands for ad campaigns is preferred
- Experience of handling ad campaigns for online classes/webinars/events/recorded courses is highly preferred
- Experience of Content Writing and Ad Copy Writing gives advantage
- Innate understanding of technology and ability to learn new software is essential
- Should have handled both domestic and international ad campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourceful, able to prioritize and problem solve.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Only Candidates with prior experience and success managing social media ad campaigns will be considered
