Job Description :
We are looking for the post of IT Service Desk for our organization for Mumbai location.Who can responsible for following:
Daily Coordination with engineer and assigning the ticket and supporting to the engineer for Resolving the ticket.
Handing Escalation form customer on level 1.
Working on mails and resolving customer/clients query.
Managing the master file for assets in wording and Outward.
Managing User ID deactivation process.
Business Delivery:-
Preparing and Sending Daily call report to the IT Managers.
Preparing MIS report on monthly basis for Management review.
As per management requirement provides the calls productivity reports. E.g. DCR, Total Calls Reports.
Daily Maintain Master data for new Joining and Resining User.
Coordination with management for engineer attendance and invoicing purpose.
Preparing Roster for engineer like, Weekly, Monthly.
Preparing attendance for all engineer on daily basis.
