Position: Legal and CS Professional
Qualification: LLB + CS
Experience: 2-6 yrs Experience in Corporate or In house Professional (Practice)
Job Location: RA Puram, Chennai
Client: Well reputed organization in the industry
Desired Profile:

• LLB + CS Qualified Professional with 2-6yrs Experience
• Experience either in the Corporate/Industry or In House Practice Professional
• Experience in Dealing with Corporate Companies and Drafting the Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Share Subscription agreements, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Foreign Subsidiary, Incorporation of Foreign companies, Business Transactions etc
• He also should have experience in coordinating with Legal Counsels for Corporate Litigation matters
• Advise the Management on the Pros and Cons of Litigation
• Other responsibilities depending on business need.
