Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Installation and initial setup of Datapower and API Connect servers
Create as well as review documentation for API Connect and DataPower installation, Topology, Service Catalog, Services Design, etc
Coordination with various enterprise teams that include network, infrastructure, and apps to deliver the base DataPower servers for seamless development activities.Worked on API Connect and DataPower configurations
Worked on Creation of APIs using IIB SOAP and REST Services and customization of Developer Portal
Worked on integration of API connect with MQ through custom policy. Configuration of MQ-Front side handler to communicate with WebSphere MQ in Datapower.
Worked on API Connect and DataPower appliance backups and deployment automation
Created AAA policy to authenticate and authorize the incoming requests in Datapower
Created XSLTs and XSL for transformation of XML
Have hands on experience on monitoring API Connect appliance and API performance
Adding multiple operations under specific path in an API and applying rate limit for APIs in products
Recording API events from API Connect Analytics.Responding and resolving incidents based on priority
Monitored the CPU and Memory consumption in both API Connect and Data Power servers
Worked on Cloud Dissociation in API Connect
Troubleshot and debug the network connectivity in DMZ and internal network zones
Monitoring MQ connectivit
