Job Description Person should have atleast 1 to 3 yrs experience in supporting Windows 10 machines running Office 2013 or higher versions
Person should have knowledge of using Team viewer/Anydesk or any other remote session software for remotely connecting to the client computers for supporting them
They should have basic troubleshooting skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Should have basic knowledge of how to configure emails on client computers and on mobiles - Apple & Android.
Should have some basic experience in handling support cases through support helpdesk system.
Added Advantage - have basic knowledge of Office 365 user administration like creating users, deleting users, resetting passwords for end users
Added Advantage - Knowledge of using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, which comes with Office 365
Ready to learn new concepts quickly through online training videos or training sessions and should be able to work
Independently
Ready to troubleshoot or identify connectivity issues by talking with client users and to guide them over chat/audio sessions
Good communication skills and fluent in English
Support timings between 9am to 9pm [UAE Time GMT+4] since there are two people they can work in two shifts - Person 1 - 9am to 5pm [8 hrs] and Person 2 1pm to 9pm [8 hrs]
