Job Description

1)Perform different ecommerce activities like order processing, returns processing, sorting of shipping labels etc.
2)Maybe required at times to pick, pack orders if the order volume is high.
3)Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint to accurately document and record all the e-commerce activities on computer.
4)Basic competitor pricing analysis.
5)Should understand e-commerce portals image guidelines.
6)Should have intermediate analytical skills to ensure proper planning of raw material, packing material and ensure products dont run out of stock.
7)Basic communication skills to handle customer queries and work with other e-commerce teams.
8)Should be able to understand different e-commerce software programs needed to run the business effectively.
9)Basic understanding of how to run advertising campaigns and perform keyword analysis.
10)Other end to end e-commerce related activities not described in this posting.
