Responsibilities:
1.Sales , Business Promotion ( Defining and Achieving National Sales Targets )
2.Competent in Business Promotion in New Customers / Segments
3.Incumbent should be responsible for identifying new application/developing & expanding the new business opportunities
4.Should be able to motivate and coach the team towards constant growth
5.Should have exposure to Oil& Gas /Power/Steel/Pharma/Food/Cement
6.Should be able to Implementing Marketing strategies ( in co-ordination with Marketing Team ) to achieve Sales Targets.
7.Responsible for collection of O/S.
8.Should have experience of Managing a medium d Sales Team.
9.Representing the Company in Customer Meets / Seminars and Trade Shows.
10.Support the National Projects Team in execution of the Projects.

Expectations and Key Skills required:

1.Experience in Sales & Marketing of industrial products/consumables / Industrial Services, Preferably from coating/consumables industry / Service Background.
2.Strong Presentation and Communication Skills
3.Strong Negotiation Skill.
4.Willingness to travel extensively.
5.Ability to Identify new Business Opportunities
6.Good Personality with High Energy.
7.Positive Attitude.
8.Techno-Managerial capabilities to develop, Lead & Manage Teams
9.Having experience in a Service Based business model would be an added advantage.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor in Engineering / Diploma (Mech./Chemical/Electrical / HVAC)
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Age : 40 to 50 Years;
13-23 Years experience in designing Industrial Products/ coating.

Key Managerial Skills : 'Inspirational Leadership', 'Effective Supervision', 'Employee Engagement'.
Key Behavioral Skills : Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
