Job Description We are looking for a IT Sales Manager for a reputed IT Networking Company. Location : Mumbai Desired Skills/ Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred. MBA from a reputed institution is desired. Functional Experience of tendering process and knowledge about its documentation. Have contact sphere in Hospitality Health Industry. Knowledge of GEM and how to bid. Sales experience of handling large customers at Management level and above. Adequate exposure in middle management roles. Attitude focused on the continual lead generation acquisition new contacts. Expertise in leading and coordinating the development of complex proposals. Ability to strategize with clear focus on job objectives. Strong work ethics and organized thought process. Understanding of a consultative approach to selling services. Behavioral Good English(oral and written) Marathi (oral) communication and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills. Relationship management and networking skills. Roles Responsibilities Account Management and Hunting for strategic account(s) in Maharashtra Gujarat Region. Capturing and updating opportunities for the sales funnel targeting Large enterprises, Govt Institutions , Defence Departments. Achieve Sales, Revenue and PL targets as per targets given. Coordinating resources to ensure all activities of pre- sales, installation, services and follow- up are completed on time and with superior quality. Manage Sales Pipeline and MIS reports. Projections for Sales, Revenue, Payments, etc Build account ownership with respect to understanding of customer s strategic objectives, business requirements, operational challenges. Suggesting designing Network combining voice, data etc. Creating a team in Mumbai for handling west region. Making proposals and presentations to clients with a precise display of their needs and how our solution solves their needs. Salary 6 Lac To 8 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
