Roles and Responsibilities -

An ideal candidate should be good at configuring software applications, support on systems, Support on ERP, Commerce Background Or Strong knowledge in Accounts will add advantage

- Technical clarification for prospective enquiries.

- ERP Software installation & configuration.

- Interacting with clients and measuring customer satisfaction.

- Manage the completion of small, medium and large implementation projects within the time allotted for each project

- Strong written and verbal business communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Proven problem solving capabilities

- LAPTOP & Convenyence is MUST.
