Job Description
Dear Candidate,
Due to COVID-19 Epidemic, It has been decided that All Interview Rounds would be conducted on phone.Our internal teams are ensuring all the interview processes are running as per the expected timelines & guidelines of our respective clients.
Neither we do charge any fee at any stage of the Recruitment process nor authorize any vendor or partner for collecting any fee for Recruitment from candidates.

- Online Interview Process.
- Work from Facilities would be available during the lock-down or as per the Government Policies in the concerned of health & safety of Wipro Employees.
- Quick Offer Letter after the final round of Selection.
- 2020 Batch students are not eligible.
- Selected candidates would be on the Direct Wipro Ltd. payroll.
- Profile will be based on either Software & Hardware or Networking domain * post IJP.
Special Note :-
- Although 80% Day shifts are available but after the training period. Because Training Period will be in night shift. Duration of Training Period will be 3 Months.
- Wipro employees can join Non Voice Profile in Wipro Technology through IJP after a specific time. ( Available on Wipro Website)

JOB DESIGNATION :- Technical Support Associate / Customer Support Associate
- Its a performance based Semi technical profile, Combination of trouble shooting through remote access & inbound calls.
- Profile will be based on either Software & Hardware or Networking domain * post IJP.
- Incumbent would be responsible for providing Level-1 Technical Support to clients business clients.
- He / She will be responsible to provide 100 % Technical support ( In-bound Voice) resolution.
