Job Description
Job Profile/Responsibility:
Providing support for our US healthcare related Products and work closely with customers including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, technologists, office and hospital information system staff
Completing Market Research
Proofreading and providing edits for copy and other materials as needed
Interpreting data and creating data summary presentations
Completing data entry projects
Scheduling tasks and managing other appointments
Assisting with travel planning and accommodations
Filtering email and responding to inquiries
Responsive mail checking is necessary.
Other tasks as needed
What you should have:
Excellent English communication (oral and written) skills
Excellent listening abilities including understanding US voice accent and the concerns being reported by users
Must be a team player and well-mannered
Must be prompt in attending calls and make follow up call to the customers as and when required.
Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office excel, word, outlook.
Strong work ethics and positive team attitude.
Willingness to work during US shift timings from India office.
Value Added :Experience of working with US EHR and practice management systems vendors
Education: Any Post Graduate / graduate.
Professional Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Working Shift: Full EST shift time (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
