Aster Minds Careers | We offer what we Master Please Enter your Skill Qualification of desired candidate: - This person could be a BCA/ engineer with maintenance profile/ QA profile. - Relevant experience of support engineer would be a plus. - He should have good understanding of RDBMS. Candidate must be comfortable in writing complex SQL queries. - Should be comfortable on linux platform. - Should be able to write scripts on linux/ unix platform. - Should be comfortable creating excel sheets to generate reports. - Should have Good communication skills. - Understanding of Java and debugging skills would be a plus. Responsibility: - This person would be responsible for attending to queries/ concerns raised by warehouses, third party logistics and vendors. - Based on the problem statement he should be able to prioritise the issue. - For recurring issues he can provide solutions after manager approval. - For new issues he should do RCA and escalate the same to Tech team with all the findings. - This person would also keep track on critical metrics of WMS components and notify if any issues/ observation. This person would work closely with Dev manager. He would ensure on- time level 2 support and production stability.
