What you get to do:


  • Complete Life Cycle Resume Marketing for US-Based Companies for Technical Positions
  • Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available.
  • Identify new clients (tier-1 vendors direct clients) & also need to have a good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.

What you need to bring:


  • A consultant 3 - 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry.
  • (Leadership pont)
  • Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process.
  • Ability to develop long-lasting vendor relationships.
  • Must have a well maintained tier-1 vendor list.
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source C2C requirements.
  • Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
  • Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
  • Focus and dedication to work online with repetitive tasks.
  • Must be willing to work in the night shift (US time zones). Roles and Responsibilities
