- Make a substantial contribution to the innovation of product and process
- Develop new products using the latest technologies and resources, often realizing systems based on unverified specifications
- Design, develop, test and document a system, subsystem or a component as part of an overall architecture
- Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to designs
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues
- Troubleshoot issues in development and production environments
- Work with software engineers/teams locally and globally in delivering commitments

- Bachelor or Masters Education in electronics, computer, software engineering or other relevant discipline
- 4-8 years professional experience in commercial or web-scale system software development and delivery
- Strong analytical skills
1. Analyzing & understanding assigned requirements to develop appropriate test protocols
2. Converting the test protocols into automated scripts for execution
3. Enhance the test framework as appropriate to ensure coverage of new product functionality
4. Manage technical communication with stakeholders
5. Reporting the test automation status esp. execution status on a regular basis
6. Can lead junior team members in the area of test execution
7. Ability to understand the requirements and come out with test plan and test approach documentTechnical Competence:
1. Engineering Degree in Electronics.
2. 7 to 8 years of hands on experience in System testing of embedded systems including 4-5 years hands on microcontroller experience (preferably TI & Atmel).
3. Programming experience in C#, Python, NUNIT
4. Hands on experience in usage of JTAG s, ICE3, CC debugger, Oscilloscopes, battery simulator
5. Knowledge on software tools like SVN, Jenkins, Testlink, MS Visual studio 2008
6. Good understanding of Testing methodologies and concepts
7. Desirable :
1. Hands on experience in protocols like ZigBee, Wi-Fi., 802.15.4
2. hands on experience on usage of RF sniffers paryton, ubiqua
3. working experience in SCRUM / AGILE
4. ISTQB certification,
