Job Description: We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Social Media

Job responsibilities:

• Planning social calendar for launches and events In line with the strategy, organization objectives and budget allocations
• Lead ORM for the brand and provide In-depth analysis of metrics related to social media marketing
• Planning Influencer program for creating exciting content for the brand
• Tracking latest social and Influencer trends
• Manage stakeholders across brand/ product, business, alliances, digital marketing
• Develop content strategies in collaboration with the other members of the marketing team
• Oversee and strategize on design with design team
• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the Impact of social media campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3-6 years of prior social media experience in a consumer start-up
• Should be updated on latest trends in all social media platforms
• Bubbling with creative ideas/ thoughts around campaigns
• Has set-up or scaled up social media channels for their previous employers knows how to track the impact of all social media activities on business
