Hi,

Hiring Production Manager

Experience : Min. 5-6 Yrs of exp.

Gender : Male

Qualification : Should be a graduate

Location : Delhi

(CTC) : 4.80- 7.20 Lacs

Job Description:

Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Monitor production to resolve issues.
Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Enforce health and safety precautions.
Directly reporting to CEO through daily whats app updating and weekly updating
Will be required to visit Vendor locations for the update of the order given for production to third party.
Should be able to handle the purchase of the required goods such as Wood, Marble, Metal.

Mandatory Requirement are:

1. Knowledge in Autocad.

2. Proficient English Communication skills. (Reading, writing and Speaking)

5. Nice but strong personality to handle labour and the team.

6. Must understand hand-made production and upholstery.
