Male candidates with horticulture qualification ( B Sc or M Sc) with 2-4 years of exp in landscaping, vegetables, fruits and ,multicrops
Should be conversant with organic farming right from seeding till harvesting .
Should be a team worker with the ability to give helping hand to Farm manager
Should be conversant /knowledgeable in pesticides/fertilizers .
Should be able to communicate to down the line workers
Should be able to handle the inputs and outputs with utmost to achieve organization objectives.
