Job Description
Managing & liasioning with e-commerce companies like FLIPKART, Amazon, Snapdeal & others, ensuring desired business objectives are met (sales, category share), Ability to maintain / analyze data related to monthly performance with the assigned accounts.
Manage uploads of products on different e-commerce portals
Manage and monitor orders and shipments, Analyse customer demographics and purchasing behaviour to monitor trends and future sales growth.
Regularly review competitive websites in terms of product range.
Key Responsibilities: Kindly note, specified responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Handle Stock and uploading of products on E-commerce platforms
Responsible for commercial, data management, follow up with portals
Creation of offers to achieve requisite sales
Identify best partners for logistics
Co-ordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and uploading the dispatch details
Timely monitoring and follow up for payments
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of E-commerce Industry.
Communication Skills - Verbal, Written and Listening
Attention to detail and accuracy
High stress tolerance and Demonstrable ability to work under pressure to the highest standards at all times
Must handle a fast pace environment and committed to meet set deadline
Creative trouble shooting
Enquiring mind with presence and logic
Excellent computing skills are mandatory, able to create and maintain spread-sheets and confidently use/learn an MIS system - MS Excel and Word Document
