Job Description

We(LOCUZ) have an opportunity for Sr. Data Engineer with below skill sets:

Sr. Data Engineer Position:

• Strong experience with PySpark/Python in data transformation
• Strong experience with PySpark/Python in data pipelining across different stages/zones
• Strong experience with Pyspark libraries and use of data frames
• Strong experience in overall AWS echo system in the big data domain including but not limiting to the following main services: CloudWatch, DMS, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Lambda, Step Functions, EMR, Glue, Athena, Deequ, etc.
• Overall 8-10 experience, minimum 2-3 years of AWS Big Data Services experience
• Strong experience in writing Pyspark jobs to invoke with EMR and Glue for transformations
• Experience with AWS Security Services: Secrets Manager, KMS, IAM Role/Policies

DataScience Testing Engg Position:

• Experience in writing clean code
• Experience in Test Driven Development
• Experience in writing test suites for (Py)Spark Pipelines
• Experience in Python testing frameworks (Pytest, QTest etc)
• Good understand and knowledge in Data Mart/Data warehousing/Data Lake concepts.
