Experience: 5-8Yrs

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate-20Days

Job Description:

Primary Skills:

Strong Programming skills Java (or Python), NodeJS and ReactJS

Secondary Skills:

Awareness redux, material-UI
Fast pace Learning of Twilio Flex and Amazon connect CCaaS platforms
AWS ecosystem like:
S3, Glacier, Lambda, Lex, Polly, Kinesis, DynamoDB etc.
Nice to Have:

Knowledge on Telephony (ACD, Dialers etc.) systems like Avaya, Genesys, Aspect, Cisco IPCC, NICE InContact, Five9, 8x8, Amazon Connect, and Twilio Flex
Voice and screen recording platforms, like
NICE engage, Verint AQM
3. WFM platforms, like

Verint Impact 360, Verint Cloud WFM, Calabrio (Teleopti) Cloud WFM, NICE IEX, and Aspect eWFM
